The Utah Society for Social Work Leadership in Healthcare has Four Branches.
The Salt Lake Branch holds a quarterly Lunch & Learn so that members and guests can receive CEU’s for attending a program or presentation relevant to health care social work practice. The Central Branch meets during the lunch hour on the third Tuesday of the month in the Northwest Plaza Building of Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo. The Northern Branch meets at Logan Regional Hospital, 1400 North 500 East, the second Tuesday of the month from 12-1. It is sponsored by the USSWLHC social workers and related health care professionals are invited to attend. CEU's are offered at no charge for members. The Utah Hospice and Home Care Social Work Network
This organization is a network of over 60 MSW and BSW social workers who practice primarily in hospice and home care agencies in the state of Utah. The network members get together twice a year for CEU education, to discuss issues related to their practice, and to address advocacy concerns related to their practice. The Utah Long-term Care Social Work and Resident Advocate Network
This organization is a network of over 75 MSW and BSW social workers, as well as Resident Advocates with other backgrounds, who practice in intermediate and skilled nursing facilities, as well as in Assisted Living facilities in the state of Utah. This network assembles once per year for education, to discuss issues related to their practice, and to plan advocacy related to common concerns. The Utah Dialysis Social Workers Network
This organization is a network of social workers who practice in outpatient and inpatient dialysis units here in Utah.
